The enduring theme of the moon and it's importance in Japanese culture is reflected in the rich blue dial with its distinctive asymmetrical crescent layout and the blue crocodile strap with gold backing. To highlight the beauty of hand-craftsmanship by master enamel artists, the dial is uninterrupted by subdials or inserts. The slim 24-jewel automatic movement beats at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours and manual winding capability. Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@diamondsoflondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Securely package the watch and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to the restocking fee) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
